We use this information only to reply to your inquiry, arrange a conversation, prepare a proposal you have asked for and keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who processes it

Submissions are received by the form service we use and passed to us. We do not use the information for any purpose other than responding to you.

Within RH Consultancy, your inquiry is seen only by the people who need it to respond. If your needs relate to work delivered by another RH Group company, such as software development through Kailyra, we will ask before sharing your details with them.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to respond to you and manage any resulting discussions, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
